Where are my moments stored?
For free users, your moments — including all photos and videos — are stored entirely on your device. They never leave your phone unless you choose to back them up through iOS's own iCloud device backup. For Moments+ subscribers with cloud backup enabled, your moments are also securely stored in our backend so they can be restored if you get a new device.
How many photos or videos can I attach to a moment?
Free users can attach up to 9 media items per moment. Moments+ subscribers can attach unlimited media.
Can anyone see my moments?
No, your moments are completely private and encrypted on your device before being stored or synced.
Can I export my moments?
Export is a Moments+ feature. It allows you to save your moments as a personal journal file. Free users can browse, search, and reflect on their moments within the app but cannot export them.
How do I suggest a feature?
Use the in-app feedback form under Settings → Leave Feedback, or email us directly. We genuinely consider user suggestions when planning what to build next. memori is built to serve the people who use it.
